Kourtney Shackelford

Kourtney graduated from Goshen College in Indiana with a biochemistry degree before earning her BSN from the Goldfarb School of Nursing. Following her initial role as an inpatient post-surgical nurse at St. Louis Children’s Hospital, Kourtney discovered her true passion in the Operating Room. Prior to joining the Ridenour team, she served for five years as the Lead OR Nurse at the Interventional Pain Center of Chesterfield. Kourtney brings extensive experience in perioperative nursing to her job, with a strong focus on patient safety, team collaboration, and operational excellence. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional surgical outcomes for our patients.
